If you have ever tried to get a small run (less than 10-20) customised t-shirts made then you will now just how expensive and difficult this can be. Embroidery can be prohibitively expensive and screen printing tends to sting you on the “set up” costs. We have found a highly cost effective and sharp looking method to be the use of heat transferable pressure sensitive films.
Essentially we are able to cut out customised logos, lettering, images – basically anything you want. Using a commercial heat press your design can be bonded to a t-shirt (or any other garment) and it will last wash after wash. Using many different coloured films is possible by utilising a multipress technique, making your design more customisable.
